I'd like to thank all the little people . . .

I wanted to run (or fast-pace trot) at least one 1/2 marathon this year. I started to realize, however, that I better hurry if I wanted to do it in this lifetime. So I signed up for the Moab other half and gave myself six weeks or so to sincerely train. Long story short - I did it - in a respectable just over two hours time. But I couldn't have done it without the following:

New and delightful Saucony shoes. I won't go into details but I don't think I'll ever buy another pair of Nike's again.
A pair of individual toe work out socks. If you don't have these you are missing out. I want to go and buy 20 more pairs (ignore the red rock dust).
My trusty SAG. He drove me to Moab, found a hotel for me to stay in, drove me to the shuttle, picked me up, and drove me home. All for free! He even pretended like he enjoyed it.
But you can tell he was tired - I mean look at this picture.

I need to invest in some toe socks before I run that Halloween half.

Whoa, you are a rockstar. Way to be, and what are those socks? I also have a pair of sacouny that repaired some serious shin splint damage due to Nike! No photo with a number on your shirt..action shot?

Hmm...Saucony...my all-time favorite shoes. <3 Those socks look bizarre. What are the pros? I am so proud of you, running that whole darn thing by yourself. I could NEVER have done that! GO KITTYHAWK! You're awesome. :)
