I kind of don't know where August went or is going but I do know this - we are out of money on our grocery budget for the month and we still have 4 or 5 days. We need to either re-evaluate how much we budget for the month or we need to stop eating as much. Who wants to invite us over for dinner?

In honor of school starting - I decided to buy myself some new shoes. I don't want to spoil it . . . which ones should I have purchased? I'm kind of thinking I made the wrong choice.

I spent $30 more this month than we budget on groceries. Maybe the four of us should go out to eat together the rest of the month and just budget it under 'fun' money. :)

Your boy is adorable. The shoes with the yellow toe are awesome, but even if you didn't buy those ones, if you can pull off the "toe running shoes" at church, you can rock any pair of shoes you so desire!
