At the risk of making it look like we don't care for our child . . . we've discovered that Henry's lustrous locks have a penchant for turning into dreadlocks. A couple of weeks we clipped out two (2) (TWO!) dreadlocks . . only to find a couple more last night. We do wash and comb his hair. We promise.
But in the meantime . . . I guess we be jammin'

That's pretty normal. Tater has crazy split ends because she plays with her hair in her sleep. That's also why she has a faux-hawk. I let her play with a comb while we're in public just so people know that at least we own a comb.
Ah, yes...the baby dreads. Gotta love those. Have you considered rubbing olive oil on them? :) Just another use to add to the list...
You should see Laina's hair in the morning. She has a serious ratted up mess on the back of her head. No matter how much conditioner I put in it at bath time or how many times I brush it during the day, when she wakes up it still looks like some critter nested in there for the night.
Ah ha--now I can see them for myself! He has quite the high maintenance 'do!
Adventures in baby hair. It's awesome.
He looks like a hipster. Is your baby a hipster?
