a lawsuit on my hands

This morning, as I was walking into work, disaster happened . . . the slippery floor combined with the wet outside caused me to fall. HARD. I'm sitting here typing this with my goose egg growing and the headache throbbing.

Now, rest assured, I'm as graceful as a gazelle - it wasn't my fault. But I would like to show you the scene of the crime:
See - my head still hurts so bad that I couldn't even take a straight picture.

So far this is the status of the goose egg:
I must admit - that it hurt so bad that I hope it gets all bruised and gross because then I really will be able to justify suing. Ouch. Let the sympathy comments begin . . .

And I would go home - but let's face it - I don't want to hang out with the missionaries.

Oh dear, oh dear. Be sure to take tons more picture documenting everything for the trial. This is serious business.

I'm worried that Ross made her tell everyone she slipped and bumped her head. I've see the same story 100s of times on Lifetime.

Oh Toddcat - trust me this isn't from Ross - after all we all know from the China Christmas incident of 2008 - he has perfectly round shaped fists.

How did I get involved in this? I was nowhere near Kitty when this incident happened. I was just there after the phone call to comfort her in her trials.

You mean to silence her pleas for help.

Oh CRAP. I'm so sorry. Guess who else has a goose egg...Margaret. On the other side. All purple-ish. Maybe I can do a goose egg photoshoot with the 2 of you. Sue all the way. BYU is loaded. :) Just have an April walk everywhere with you, wiping floors as she goes.

This is not funny. Serious business. Not to point fingers, but you do have some pretty sassy footwear. Please wear your moon boots in the rain. K?

Owee! Not cool. I had many a slip on campus and not a one gave me a good battle scar that I could show off. But at least you don't have to hunt too far this Easter right?

Aww, man. That's gonna hurt! And if you ever want to come home but NOT hang out with the missionaries, just come hang out with me. :)
