Someone is storming the castle
We found a breach in our defenses last night. So KT has been saying for a while that our neighbor ("farmer") shouldn't be stacking his bales of straw right next to our brand new fence. Turns out she is 100% right yet again. I don't know the details yet about what actually happened, but I'm pretty sure it involves a huge bale of straw (note the large, rectangular area with no snow), a tractor, and gravity. Luckily, the trees seem to have survived and fences can always be mended, but what I'm worried about is Kris Tina's expanded "I told you so" ego. We both agree on one thing: there would be no problem if Mr. farmer would just get rid of the cows.

I am right. I would like to rub it in the farmer's face but I won't. I also find it mysterious that all of the sudden there are not any bales of hay in sight.
When I said the only reason the missionaries could move in was for the blessings - I didn't think one of the blessings would be a broken fence. Apparently, I'm going to have to either be more specific or expand my idea of "blessings."
Maybe the blessing are expanded to Best Vinyl who now get to make more money on the same fence. I thought those blessing were supposed to come to us . . .
SHouldn't the farmer pay for it?
Oh the Farmer will be paying for it - and then some. If we are ever home enough to talk to him about it.
I ain't broke no fence a yours and you ain't never gonna prove I done did it!
Oh sad. Rope it off. It's a crime scene, you know. Even ONE measly piece of hay...and you've GOT him!
I think Ross should just get on board with the idea that KT is always right--that may have prevented this catasrophe.
P.S. KT--I would like to go around with your hair. I think it's most lovely.
Dear Farmer Brown,
It was your fault. And I have the pictures to prove it. Just try and deny it in court - just try!
Not to be the pebble in the shoe, but a mr. Boardman would have come to you if it was his fault, I promise we know him really well. He is a really good guy. I don't know if you know or not, but we helped him finish pulling the posts out of your yard this summer before you put your fence up. I am sure the last thing he would do is damage your fence and not make it right.
