I'm running a little behind but you'll soon see that many of our recent December activities - while still a delight - don't really require much documentation nor would pictures of such events be that interesting.
After our amazing decorating skills on Saturday we have done the following:
Sunday: Christmas devotional (my goodness the Tabernacle choir sings those songs quickly - I really wish our ward organist would take note and speed up our hymns a bit).
Monday: A "very special" family home evening - we read Luke 2
See what I mean? Who wants to see some pictures of us sitting, relaxing on the couch? You don't. I promise.
Tuesday: This was YM/YW night (I like to refer to it as "mutual" because it sounds old school and makes all my "ladies" think that I am a little lame) - We went and explored downtown P-town's "Candy Windows" which consisted of one store gluing some hot tamales onto Styrofoam and calling it good. To say it was a bit of a disappointment is an understatement. Greg went ice skating with the boys - he said it was fun but with no pics from him - I don't know if we can believe his statement or not.
Wednesday: Greg's amazing work Christmas party - which is held at lunchtime so all the retirees can get to bed on time. I'm working on getting something amazing from this party to share - I'll give you a hint - the theme for this party was "Mr. Cougar's Christmas" which meant that the party committee (consisting of Greg and a few others) made a movie where Greg stars as Mr. Cougar and dreams about getting some BY bowl tickets. It was um . . . amazing. I had no idea that Greg had such acting skills. I will see if I can convince one of his student workers to post it on youtube - pretty much I think he is going to turn this side job into a full fledged career.

I just got an agent . . . let those acting gigs start rolling in!
I'm dying to see Mr. C's Christmas. Come on--get it up and viewable please.
among the 60,007 pet peeves Karl has at church, slow organ players are among the top 3
Kitty, I can't wait to hear about the awesome Christmas party you have planned for your department. I hope it involves skits with lots of singing and dancing.
We'd better get together and record an "audio commentary" for Bill the Galactic Hero before your acting career takes off, elevating you above such things.
