We don't really have any "after" shots to post of our weekend. After a lot of work and a lot of prep we um didn't get as far as we planned. But I can report that we will finally be mailing back some of our netflix movies . . . Oh well - I go out of town this week so I expect Ross to make major progress.Instead of posting after shots - I'll provide a community service announcement about "This American Life." We have this as a podcast and so this weekend we listened to a couple as we painted the ceiling (we aren't Michelangelo - we were just painting it white). Anyway - one of them made me tear up (and no, it wasn't the paint falling into my eyes or the fact that my neck was hurting so bad from staring at the ceiling) - it just was very, very sweet.
Also this weekend - we checked out our new ward. Eclectic.

Oh no! You know how you listen to someone for so long and you picture what they look like? Well you totally shattered what I imagined Ira Glass to look like. You guys and Karl, listening to NPR podcasts while working on the house...
More eclectic than Logan Square?
I have never been able to get into This American Life. Enlighten me.
