how did you spend your saturday?

Today we found ourselves in what can only be described as a PILLOW EMERGENCY. Greg decided that he needed a new pillow . . .stat - his neck just can't last another day -he needs a pillow that is just like mine (because mine is much more awesome than his). Here he is in both Dillards and Bed Bath and Beyond attempting to find the perfect pillow. I wish these photos were either a) reenactments in our own home or b) only after begging and pleading would Greg willingly lay down on the floor in a department store to test out a pillow. Nope. Much to my surprise (and luckily I had my camera) he just laid down on the gross old floor - in the middle of customers on a Saturday attempting to fulfill his quest. Rest assured we found the perfect pillow - but will have to return to get it once we snag the Workhorse's 20% off coupon. Perfect pillows are much more expensive than just the regular ones.

We were lazily enjoying the pillows in our hotel room as well as the vineyards dotting the hillsides here in California's wine country. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday!

KT--it is foolish to buy a pillow, especially one priced as a perfect pillow, without trying it out under realistic circumstances. Ross is so prudent.

I don't see why he needs a new pillow. He should be happy with an old, lumpy pillow while sleeping on that bench at the foot of your bed.

BTW--I was at Bed Bath and Beyond the other day and the lady in front of me had like 11 20% off coupons. They were scanning each one for each of the 11 items in her basket. I had no idea.

Carrie, it's true. I've done the multi-coupon scam at BB&B many times. They encourage it. Anyone who pays full price for anything at that store is a fool.
