blogging from the bus

Because we are so environmentally conscious and good people and cheap and the sube is on her death bed we have been amazing and taken the bus to and from work everyday this week. Pat us on the back - we are awesome. That being said, I have learned a few things about the frequent bus passengers and bus etiquette:

1) The KIA's (aka "know-it-all")- one evening this guy could not stop talking about the stock market mess. If you ask him - he could fix it in a day. Kudos to him - annoying for the rest of us who had to listen to it because he talked so loudly you couldn't help but listen. There are also several KIA's who like to show off and surf the interweb on their macs while listening to their ipods. (Our bus is high-tech and has wi-fi).

2) The Regulars - these are the people who sit up front and are BF's with the bus driver. One evening one of them even got on the loud speaker to announce that we should all say, "Thanks" because the bus driver got us home on time in the middle of traffic. Cool.

3) Back of the Bus - you know the people who are too cool to sit anywhere near the front and so sit in the back. Well I had to sit by one of them the other day and she was so cool that she didn't care that even though I was trying to sleep she thought it fitting to turn on MY overhead light that shined in MY eyes so that she could read. Fine. Whatever.

4) Loud Talker - last night we learned that this danceman is quite upset because his teacher is jealous of his talent and so that is why he is always put in the back of the troupe lineup. He probably will be on SYTYCD next season. Cool.

Nothing like a loud talker to really get a party starter!

Nice to know that Greg is finally here with you. How cute that you guys can ride the bus together every day. I love your comments Krissy. A good laugh always makes my day so much better.
