1) Chinese men LOVE to spit - anywhere and everywhere - it actually is pretty impressive
2) The Chinese do not believe in waiting in lines - first served is the first who pushed to the front
3) Kung Pao chicken is difficult to find
4) They LOVE slippers - you always remove your shoes in the house (I wish Ross would follow this rule at home).
5) They love to haggle and bicker over prices - sometimes this was fun sometimes it just made me too tired to even try and buy something.
6) It can get very, very, very cold at the Great Wall. Dress appropriately (thank goodness for that amazing scarf that I knitted on the plane ride over - Ross and Kiki were very jealous).
7) Don't drink the water.
8) Smoking is cool - after all, everyone is doing it.
9) Rain, snow, sleet, shine - the bicycle is the way to go
10) Traffic lights, crosswalks are merely suggestions - if you feel like it is safe to make a left-hand turn - go for it.

Don't forget the other lesson - when serving roast duck, always make sure to split the cooked head in half and put it on the plate. Delicious. Oh, and how about that every sentence in English can begin with "Hello," as in "Hello, would you like to buy a t-shirt," or "Hello, would you like cup massage?" Pretty much any address to you in English can begin with Hello. I guess that is still much better than our inability to even say thank you in Chinese, but I still thought it was pretty funny.
Kitty, let's face it, Ross is never going to be the slipper wearing Chinese man of your dreams. You just need to accept that fact and love him for who he is.
I just want to say that I really like this photo of KTC. Sporting her scarf and having fun. That's my girl.
Ross, I agree with you. That is a great picture of KTC. And KTC, I agree with you, that is a great scarf.
There is one thing, however, that I do not agree with and that is one picture of China at a time on the blog. More! More! I want more!
I have to second the thoughts of my dear Abby. I love the scarfed version of KT AND I want to see more pictures!
Also, smoking IS cool.
I would like to see more China pictures too, but it takes time to Photoshop each picture to maintain the illusion. I'm not convinced they ever went to China. No, I think they have been home this whole time watching dirty movies full of cussing and smut.
Todd - I told you that in confidence!
Oh trust me we went to China - I have the bruises on my back to prove it.
Also I think it is rude that everyone thinks that that is a great picture of me - a great picture of me because my face is covered? Wow - I'm going to develop a complex - but trust me, my hair looked great in China. Great. And I didn't wash it the whole time I was there.
