Further proof that things are not as bad as they seemed? Rosscat threw away the dead plants and planted me some pansies. He even says he'll water them. Goodness - now if only we could surgically remove the basketball shorts that I insist on wearing around the house.

The trick with this fancy "do" is that it probably took 5 minutes. That's right - low maintenance fancy is what I am all about!
