odds and ends

Apparently the 24 before the 24th list is overwhelming to some. In fact, my friend, L-Nic, told me that the only thing NOT on the list was "run for President of the United States." So far I really don't have much to report regarding all my accomplishments on that besides the fact that the unassisted pull-up is still a pipe dream. That being said, I do have a few random thoughts that need to be written down:

1) On our way to work the other day Greg and I took an internet quiz where you determine whether or not some absolutely crazy thing was said by other Charlie Sheen or Gaddafi. We got two out of ten correct. Not impressive.

2) At the grocery store yesterday I read in some trash magazine that it is a good moisturizer to put olive oil all over your face before you go to bed. So, of course, I did it. Sure, I put a towel on my pillow so I wouldn't get it all oily but my face is baby soft today. And you'll all be pleased to know that after a long three weeks - the adult acne has cleared up.

3) At the grocery store the other day I saw some person (that I can only assume was a student of some sort) trying to speak to this little Indian woman (from India) at the grocery store. You know what he was saying to her to try and get her to respond to him? "Namaste." Not cool. Oh P-town - the material you give us to make fun of is sometimes just too much.

4) And because I am posting far too many posts without a picture - i love him.
