Is it really exercise when you don't even remove your suit coat? I was just intrigued when I saw these two gentleman walking around the BYU indoor track with their suits and tennis shoes. Interesting. Sorry the picture isn't the best quality, but you hopefully will get the idea.

Just because some people aren't doing super crazy workouts like you are doesn't mean they shouldn't be applauded for moving around a bit. Haha.

Well I would say they were missionaries in training, but these were older gentlemen. Still don't understand it.
Ross, exercise is a billion dollar business and those guys are clearly a couple of businessmen looking to cash in. Maybe they are starting a trend that you should start following right away.
