1) The Midway Ice Castles are overrated (at least to me and Greg). It just wasn't as cool as I had imagined/dreamed it to be.
2) Bananagrams is awesome to the limit. We are now the proud owners of the game. If anyone wants to play - I'm in.
3) Chef's Table is only worth it if someone else is paying (thank goodness someone else was!)
4) Some girls choice dance occurred on the same night we were at Chef's Table - we decided that there is a fine line between dressing for "preference" and dressing like a "prostitute". This poor girl crossed that line. And she just looked cold.
5) You don't really save any money by shopping at the Park City outlets - but you feel like you do.
6) When an Elder cooks Spam in your kitchen - you will smell it for at least two days.
7) Watching the Bachelor with friends and a red laser pointer is the way to go.
8) Greg survived the winter camp-out by selling out and sleeping in an x-terra. Woose or Wuss (however you want to spell it).
9) When Ross goes away on scout camp I always sleep with my bedroom door locked. I just feel better that way.
10) We now officially own a breadbox. So when people are guessing and they say, "is it bigger than a breadbox?" we totally understand what they are talking about.

HE SLEPT IN THE CAR!!! I was totally misled when he showed us his ice cave. And bananagrams...bring it! I freaking love that game. Love it. Dave and I love to play until all the tiles are gone, or there is just one left. I'm tense and anxious and sweaty the whole time, and i love it. Maybe we'll start doing Survivor with the lasar pointer. I promise, once you start with that show...you'll never stop. Then we can talk about it. YAY! I had some really good granola for breakfast.
I might possibly be able to sit through an episode of the Bachelor if I had a red laser pointer. If I ever have to do that, I'll make sure I bring one.
11. We are officially set apart now as ma and pa for the youth trek coming up. KT will now be knitting bonnets in preparation.
12. Carrie whipped up some mean mashed potatoes that she served for Sunday dinner.
13. Made some good progress on Battlestar Gallactica season 4 - so good!
14. Talked about how good Parks & Recreation is all weekend. Watch it harder.
uh this makes me miss you! I want to watch anything with you guys and a laser pointer. And I apparently need to learn banana what? OH geez, we need friends. Help us!
Yes, I'm in. For banana grams AND bachelor (with or without laser pen, but laser pen is preferred).
And Greg, I would have headed for the car, too. Humans evolved and built shelters for a reason.
Ma and Pa? You guys deserve to be translated. Also, I don't blame you for sleeping with your door locked when Greg's gone. Apparently, deep down I think Elder's are creepy?
