Holiday Wrap-Up - 2010 (part 2)

A few other things happened during our two week hiatus . . .
In an attempt to win friends and influence people I baked a bazillion loaves of bread and a bajillion amount of sugar cookies.

If you didn't receive said bread or sugar cookies it is because a) you weren't home and I didn't want to leave it to the wolves or b) you live too far away for a delivery.

Greg did in fact reach his goal of watching season 3 of Chuck (congratulations!) he even worked on cleaning off season four currently found on the dvr (he did not, however, paint the laundry room - not that I'm upset or anything):
We also wore our Christmas pajamas around the house - a lot - it was cold outside and you know how difficult it is for us to turn up the heat. We lounged around in these babies:
We went to Guru's for a romantical New Years Even dinner where no one was there but us and the workers and I put together nine binders for primary - but it took me so long you would have thought that I was putting together a million.

Oh and we are getting new roommates. Tomorrow. The "nerd herd" aka "the missionaries" - apparently I am no longer a cougar.

And that ends the tour of the 2010 Holiday Season. Next up resolutions - and a new look for our blog (it is embarrassingly ugly).

OK...a couple thoughts:

1. You 2 are awesome for taking in those sweet missionaries. Awesome. Not sure that I'd even consider it. I love missionaries, but I'd stress with them in my house.

2. Your new hair looks awesome.

3. I love apple butter. Especially spread on your bread.

4. Greg with the giraffe...oh my. That picture made me really happy this afternoon, for some reason. :)

5. Can we hang out soon?

We really need to talk more. I can't stand it that you are being awesome so far away and we are not enjoying it. Ugh!! Your hair looks fantastic and so does the giraffe. Want to come to Florida and make some bread?

I'm not sure how you figure you are no longer a cougar. Living in a house full of young men sort of makes you a serial cougar. This sounds like a Lifetime made-for-TV-movie in the making.

your bread looks great. Too bad I live too far away.

i also wish i could see your great hair in person.

and really, you are taking in real, live missionaries? wow. that's really sweet of you.

And since you were putting together primary binders, I guess you are in primary now. (either that or you are really, really nice)

miss you.
