For some reason I'm not in love with the traditional Christmas tree. Call me crazy, but I'm just not. This sometimes causes problems as Rosscat LOVES a Christmas tree. Loves it. Would marry one if possible. Regarding this dilemma . . . here is one of our compromises:
Also I rue my friend Catherine that posted this pattern on facebook and for some reason it made me think that I MUST make this. If I never knit another mitten again - that will be too soon. But this mitten advent calendar turned out pretty cute (I made 25. 25!)

Pretty great mittens! You are so talented...AND you've got great hair. What gives? I made some stockings like those there mittens a few years ago...out of felt...on a sewing machine...and it WORE ME OUT.
