It was Youth Conference this weekend. Which is synonymous with "P A R T Y." As part of the party I hosted all the 14 and over ladies to sleeping over at my house for Thursday and Friday night. I had no idea that sliding down my stairs on your bum could be so awesome. Apparently, I've been missing out. I took zero pictures. I have no idea why I didn't capture the ridiculousness/awesomeness of it all.
On Saturday morning, Greg and I ditched Youth Conference and went and rode our bikes around Utah Lake. 111 miles later - we're still alive. And we finished. And our legs are tired. We did take a picture of us - but it's too ugly to post. Needless to say - it was hard - but awesome.
And now things are back to normal.

I need another nap. That wore me out.
111 miles!!! That makes my upcoming labor look like a cake walk. I'll take the labor. Yikes! You guys are nuts and really need some better date ideas :)
OK...so my friend Jeff (who is very knowledgable) says the 111 (insane) bike ride burned over 6000 calories. I figure that permits IHOP, a bacon maple bar, and a stick of butter! Way to go you 2! You really are awesome.
I know. I am so in your dust. You are so amazing. Sorry, but when it comes to you and Greg--when is it normal? That's why we all follow your blog. Can't wait for the next installment.
Wow! Just think, if you only do that 10 more times you will have biked enough to transport yourself down to visit me! Think about it.
Um, holy awesomeness on the bike ride! Sorry I've been absent from your blog for a while. So, we live in the same state and never see each other. Why is that? Hope you're well.
Lindy, Kitty and Ross should make a weekend out of biking to your house, camping out in your yard, then biking back home. That would be Kitty's dream trip.
ToddCat--you should really be a travel agent. You have a wonderful way of knowing a person's most hidden traveling desires.
