Today I started up all my classes for the semester. The first day is always a bit crazy but today it was worse. I was a little late walking in to what I thought was my classroom. Everyone was sitting there, patiently waiting for the professor. I got to work - introducing myself - passing out the syllabus. Finally, one of the students spoke up and said, "I think you are in the wrong classroom - this isn't Constitutional Research."
So embarrassing. Room numbers 1002 and 1020 look a lot alike when you are in a hurry.

Awesome!!!! Now this is the kind of blog post I like.
sad...it makes me sweaty just thinking about standing in front of all those students...let alone the wrong ones. :(
Oh. Wow.
Oh sad. Sorry. I hate stuff like that. But seriously, you are the bomb shakalaka and you'll never see those folks again.
Oh--I'm so so sorry. I'm so proud of you though. Look at you teaching all these college classes. It's very very cool. Even if you do it in the wrong room.
Oh my gosh, what was your other class doing when you were in the wrong class? Did some people leave because the professor did not show up? I hate stuff like that.
Maybe you recruited some more people to your class once they say your sharp syllabus.
I agree with Ross--I bet your enrollment doubled after they saw they syllabus and listened to your introduction. I would have added it!
Ok the first thing I did was laugh. Is it rude to thank you for a good chuckle?
The second thing i did was think oh poor Kris Tina.
Miss you.
