saving the world one swiffer cloth at a time

Just fyi - we in the Carlklef household are very environmentally awesome. As evidenced . . . we are constantly thinking of ways to decrease our carbon footprint . . . so check this out:

That's right - it is made out of ugly Christmas yarn - but I look at it and think "we are so green and amazing - we truly care about the earth" unlike those Gore's that think that after 40 years of marriage they just grew apart - lame. But I digress.

Wow! Between this and all the food dehydrating you are practically living off the land. The only thing left to do is get some chickens to have your own farm fresh eggs every morning.

oh silly Toddcat - we are working towards not eating dairy - including eggs. (And by "we" I mean I am and Greg will end up there because it just won't be in the house).

Next thing you know you'll be ripping and IV out of your arm because you're trying to stay off sugar!

Dairy?!? Since when are eggs considered dairy? You'd better consult the USDA food pyramid.

Having lived largely without dairy and eggs for the last three years, I would say it is highly over-rated. I am, however, VERY impressed with the swiffer cloth. For a very new knitter, how hard would such a project be?
