I Knew It!

As you faithful readers will know, we recently lost our Netflix copy of the hit Beyonce movie Obsessed. Rumors have been flying ever since as to who was responsible for the disappearance and the $14 replacement charge. We held an emergency budget committee meeting to try and decide where that extra expense was going to come from . . . not to mention the Red Box rental of said movie. Let's just say that tensions have been high around the rancho deluxe.

Then a beautiful thing happened. KT was chill-axing on the blue couch in the library. As I was talking to her, I noticed some knitting instruction shee
ts on the bookshelf (See top photo). Hmmm. This isn't an uncommon sight in the house due to KT's hobby, but this stack of papers seemed to be glowing with "I told you so." As I moved them aside, I discovered our lost movie (See photo). It would seem that KT had the movie the whole time in the bookcase.

It would be easy to gloat over the fact that I had nothing to do with the disappearance of this movie. I mean, it was found right in the middle of a bunch of papers I really had nothing to do with. However, I have decided instead to just post the last picture which, I believe, tells the whole story.

Kitty was obviously hiding this movie from you on purpose. I think she just didn't like the fact that the cheating husband survived. Let's face it, if this was a Lifetime movie starring Meredith Baxter Birney as a jilted woman who exacts revenge on her cheating husband she would have made you watch it unti lthe disc wore out. It's her way of keeping you in line. You have to admit that her plan is working. After all, she hasn't had to commit a Betty Broderick style murder even once.

Um Toddcat - just so you know - we just received a movie in the mail from netflix about a man murdering his wife. When Ross told me what it was he said, "Oh how the tables have turned." I'm concerned.

And for the record - I think that Ross was cleaning up and just put the movie with the knitting stuff to try and make me think that I am going crazy. He is diabolical like that.

Good job finding the evidence G. Unfortunately it looks like Kris Tina is accusing you of having a "What would Vic Mackey do?" attitude. I think in order to get a conviction you are going to need to coax a confession out of her, which considering her background in law, isn't going to be easy. Good Luck.

Maybe I should put The Shield on the Netflix queue so I can get your reference Jason - but I'm sure it will help KT with her confession.

The tables HAVE turned.

You know, it's still your fault Greg.

Kitty, I'm worried to say the least. Don't let Ross weasel a confession out of you with his tricky questions. Whatever he asks you just respond "I don't understand the question and I won't respond to it." Let's hope he doesn't hire Gene Parmesan and Ice the bounty hunter/caterer to solve this case.
