So the bar was um . . . fine. Besides the fact that the room was heated to a chilly 52 degrees, my nose ran like a faucet the whole time, and my hand still hasn't recovered from writing all those essays. Thanks for all your well-wishes and if you didn't send me well-wishes - I'm sure you sent them in your heart. And if you didn't send me well-wishes in your heart - well . . . how rude!
Today at lunch Ross and I planned an August of Awesome (that begins just as soon as I take the bar ethics test). This August of Awesome is going to be so amazing - you'll be wanting to check our blog every minute to see what those crazy Carlklef's are up to this time. I even promised Ross that August of Awesome doesn't mean August of house remodeling. Too bad I was crossing my fingers.

I knew it was too good to be true! I'm really happy I won't be carrying the remodeling load by myself anymore. Also, I really hope a Chewbacca backpack is part of the August of Awesome.
I'm sure you did great. You are such a smarty pants, I'm sure you knocked their socks off with your essays. Can't wait to see what you guys do for the August of Awesome. When are we going to get together for dinner. I feel bad that you are now in our neck of the woods and we haven't even seen you. I'll let you know when all of the sickness is gone from our house. I swear, I thought you weren't supposed to get sick in the summer!

Let me see if I can predict what this so-called "August of Awesome" is going to entail:
1) watch the show House
2) eat at Sweet Tomatoes
3) watch Real Housewives of Atlanta
4) nap
5) watch Veronica Mars (for the millionth time, but still talk about it like it's the first)
6) celebrate the anniversary of the day the world was blessed with and extra ray of golden sun (Aug 20)
7) take more naps
8) waiting for the bar results to come back in anticipation of all the side jobs Kitty will soon be doing (I'm sure Ross has made a list of these potential side jobs for her)
9) blog posting about all the great TV shows watched and naps taken
10) play some scrabble
1) Yes we probably will watch House but only at night when we are so exhausted from partying it up all day long.
2) Sweet T's - probably not - Ross is starting to ban that deliciousness
3) RH of Atlanta - so tempting but Ross swears he won't watch this one so I don't know.
4) Nap - Absolutely - but I probably won't document that as awesome
5) If by celebrating the day a dark cloud came to earth by the name of the Toddcat - probably not because I recently sent him a present and he gave it to someone else - so unappreciative!
6) Identify a million side jobs . . . for Ross!
7)More scrabble - scrabble 24-7 if possible!
