Only to discover (POST PURCHASE) that once we take out the current bathroom vanity we will either a) have to find matching tile to try and piece it in or b) just tear up all the tile and re-do. Whoops. We haven't made a decision. It will probably take us a couple of weeks. At least.
In the meantime . . .we've been watching this:
Here is how it works: Someone is going to get really sick, no one will be able to figure out what it is and then all of the sudden (about 38-39 minutes in) Dr. House will solve it. Along the way House will say some ridiculously sarcastic things that will make us laugh/cringe. We love it.
(*Don't worry we only watch this as a reward to bar study/remodeling work or if we have a really really really long day at work).

You should be watching shows like Flipping Out to learn how to solve all your remodeling dilemmas.
We also watch House--the formula for the show is exact, and I'm glad you've figured it out.

Thanks for getting me addicted. While at my parents I tivo'd every re-run available (which is a lot) and then watched all of them.
"House" sounds so reminscent of another fave: Endora places a spell on Daren. No one knows what the heck is going on until Samantha figures it out. Maybe you can NetFlix some of those after "House" runs out.
kt - i couldn't agree more about house. we've started watching it too, and since we just jumped in, it's like all the episodes are new. and somehow, house's jackassery is wildly entertaining.
