I watched the first episode last night and it was like reconnecting with an old friend. In my next life I am going to come back and be an incredible dancer - or - maybe I should just quit my day-job and devote everything to fulfilling this dream NOW. Tempting. Won't Ross be surprised when I tell him I'm trading in the law books for some tap and pointe shoes.
Crap - I just looked it up and SYTYCD has an age maximum - and while I look much younger - with all the training I need before I will really be able to compete for the prize - it just isn't going to work out. But next life - I'm all over it.

Maybe we can get an A in the couples' ballroom dance class in that next life . . .
Hopefully - because our ballroom dance skillz were decidedly bad - maybe we should focus our talents on our strengths - like learning how to hip-hop and lock.
I've already started dancing in my office. I'm going to be an awesome hip-hop dancer/locker in no time.
I love how you guys refuse to let the dream die. There is a shelf life on certain dreams, but come on--you're not there yet are you?
I would totally vote for you. I know some peeps who can get you a fake ID, and then you are on your way!!!
My sister called to remind me it was on last night because she knows I always get busy and then an hour later I'm like, "Oh Crap! SYTYCD is on!" I sure wish this show had been around when I was actually dancing every day of my life! Not that I was as good as these incredible folks, but at least it would have been fun to try out and "American Idol" too. What is it and my timing? You guys are welcome to come over any time for some home grown veggies. We'll let you know when our crop comes in.
T- In my next life, I will join you. I will be taller, too. I love that show so much. You made me feel better about missing it. Though, I will kind of always be sad.
