Kris Tina is . . .

Now that facebook's homepage is full of my "friends'" status updates - I can't help but be interested when April updates her status to read "April is excited that the offer on her house was accepted" or concerned when "Michelle had a rough day and is looking forward to tomorrow." I even like the more obtuse status updates "Chris is wishing he could paint all day" or "Bryan is Jello Biafra." But for some reason I draw the line at, "Kimberlie is getting ready to run" followed by "Kimberlie is running" followed by "Kimberlie is showering after her run" followed by"Kimberlie is hungry after her big run" followed by "Kimberlie is eating lunch." You get the picture. It is almost like Kimberlie wishes that the paparazzi were following her. Or maybe facebook/twitter is the new paparazzi for those not regularly featured in US Weekly (aka "the text").

Maybe I'm just not hip enough to understand all these new contraptions. In the meantime - if anyone wants to play scrabble with me. I'm up for it.

Hahaha, It's a good thing we can filter people out, sometimes there's just too much information. Well said, by the way.

I also feel a bit like doing an extreme eye roll when someone posts "Sally is wishing that the liberal base in her hometown would rally to oust the far too conservation PTA," or things of the like. The status bars are to talk about politics either.
