We're planning our Superbowl feast and thought maybe we'd try this out -
the bacon explosion. I mean sure, it is a heart attack on a plate and sure, Ross and I are no longer eating red meat - so the likelihood of us doing this is negative 100. However, you have to admit it looks kind of interesting. Although the
Everett's, I'm sure, will find it disgusting.

Newsflash to KT - pork is the other WHITE meat. So I will be picking up the fixin's for this fine log of pig tomorrow. Mmmm bacon . . . .
Bacon is the equivalent of red meat in my book and thus - this is not going to made in my house. But maybe the workhorse will let you whip this up.
Oh, Kitty, like you get any say in your world of Ross-law. Just enjoy that delicious meat log while it lasts. With all that grease it won't be with you for long...if you know what I mean.
This would be Adam's dream come true. It looks like there is approx a whole pig in that dish.
I don't mean to fuel another "watched pot boiling..." debate, but I'm going to have to back G! up on this one "pork is the other White meat."
Further...
Vincent: Want some bacon?
Jules: No man, I don't eat pork.
Vincent: Are you Jewish?
Jules: Nah, I ain't Jewish, I just don't dig on swine, that's all.
Vincent: Why not?
Jules: Pigs are filthy animals. I don't eat filthy animals.
Vincent: Bacon tastes gooood. Pork chops taste gooood.
I can agree that it is the other white meat - KIND OF - but really this bacon dish is wrapping up a bunch of sausage - which is decidedly not white meat - or really any meat besides garbage meat seasoned to perfection.
I feel sad that you have turned your back on red meat. I really do.
Maybe it is pork sausage - also white meat. We would use only high quality, kosher cuts of swine for this sausage. It is going to be delicious.
I think I might have a heart attack just looking at all that meat! I like an occasional piece of bacon, but that is just supremely disgusting.
Okay-so when did you ditch red meat? Will I always be on the outside looking in?
Serve with a bottle of aspirin. Yikes. Maybe a defibrillator too.
