Wow- you must really be in amazing shape. I have never even come close to doing something called "Sumo dead lift". Maybe I'm easily impressed, but the sound of it is enough to make me break a sweat.

Let me say - we are not in that great of shape - but we are working on it. Moreover - I had to post it becasue Ross is always so proud of himself when he beats me that I had to say - um check this out.

I just have to comment here. I did that workout two days ago and I am still nauseated. Krissi and Greg do it 3x's a week. I'm sorry but they are in amazing shape.
