Last Night's Workout

3 rounds for time of:
  • 1/2 mile run
  • 50 sit-ups
  • 50 back extensions

Greg's time = 25:15
Kris Tina's time = 26:34

I swear I did it faster than that but I just wanted you to feel good about yourself. Besides the gym was crowded!
