Chicago's Number One!

Congrats to Chicago! The city now has the highest sales tax in the United States. Sweet! I won't get all political but I will say this - um smart move Mr. Stroger, smart move.

Well you don't live in the city of Chicago to save money...irregardless of what my mom thinks.

Well not everyone can be as lucky as Karen - living in the safe suburbs and making quilts night and day. Instead I'm going to be paying out the ears in sales tax!

KT, you better come for a visit and buy all the stuff you want, no sales tax in Portland.

Seriously, everytime I buy something I have to ask the cashier to check the price because "that doesn't seem right" Now I know they are literally robbing me blind with the sales tax! 9% is it?
