27 dresses = 27 times I looked at my watch while watching this movie. The company was great - the movie . . . not so much (and please, we all know I am a sucker for a good romantic comedy - just look at the Enchanted post to refresh your memory).
Yeah, it was OK. I did like seeing Cyclops in a leading role there. What we needed more of was Kitty (Judy Greer). We haven't seen enough of her since AD has been off the air.
Oh Finlinson Family - we didn't pay full price - we used discount passes - thus it was 50% off (thank goodness). I didn't check Rotten Tomatoes _ I just went with my romantic comedy gut - which apparently is way, way off.
Well I'm disappointed, because I was hoping for a good romantic comedy myself. Thanks for taking one for the team and seeing it first to warn me off. I really want to see Penelope, so that'd better not be stupid!
Kitty, did you not like it as much as Enchanted because Ross wouldn't let you climb all over hime like a jungle gym this time?
Lindy, I still think you will like this movie. After all, it is a comedy of questionable entertainment value which equals at 10 on the Jones-Langston Scale.
Todd - you bring up an excellent point. Lindy is, after all, the one girl on this earth who not just liked but LOVED "The Pacifier." I'm sure she has her pulse on what "The Rock" and "Vin Dieseal are working on next.
Lindy, I hope those ropes can be tied into a noose, because that's what we are going to want if we are subjected to watching your so-called "family comedies" staring Vin Diesel.
It's talk like that, Toddcat, that makes Vin Diesel unwilling to appear at your parties. He told me that you have been begging, just begging for an apperance for three years now. You'd better clean up your act.
Well I've got news for you Lindy. Vin Diesel comes to all of my fabulous parties. Every last one of them. He just tells you he's not coming because he doesn't want stalkers like yourself following him to awesome places.

Darn. Don't you hate to pay full price for a loser? Did Rotten Tomatoes like it?

Oh that's so sad. I was looking forward to seeing this because, to put it frankly, I'm completely in love with James Marsden. In love. Sad times.

You guys just wish you were as in tune with the family comedies as me. I can teach you the ropes, but you have to be willing to put in the time.

Just keep telling yourself that, Tood. That should ease the pain. I've got to run to a luncheon with Vin and the Rock. I'll tell them you said hello.
Oh let's be honest - we all know that Lindy is going to lunch with the Hulk.
Lindy is delusional. Who is this Tood person she it refering to?
Did you know that I once saw The Rock at LAX?
