Long Live the Lego!

Ross loves legos (as we all know). Where would he be without the lego brick? (I know that I would have a lot more room on our bookshelf because we wouldn't be proudly displaying Ross's star wars lego art . . . but I digress). Thank goodness for this little invention. It turned 50 years old yesterday and still keeps getting better with age - just like me and Ross!

Ah! No wonder Google was all in legos yesterday. I thought something must be going on. And I would like to take this opportunity to witness about Google -- I love Google with my whole soul. It is perhaps our greatest resource for useful and useless trivia. I also love Legos. They are so versatile. Long live Google and Legos.

Abby, if you have this fantastic source of awesome trivia the why the freak don't you have a blog to share all this trivia with the rest of the world? I just don't understand.

Todd, I've thought about starting a blog. I really have. But I guess I'm just afraid that I wouldn't be able to keep it up. And then my readers, of whom there would be many, would end up perpetually and painfully disappointed as they went to the blog in hopes of a new and tasty trivia treat only to find the same, three-month old post about my livingroom furniture. Just imagine the torture.

Kris Tina stole my blog entry! I was thinking of making a post, but being the blogging slacker that I am, she clearly beat me to it. Good work KTC. Viva Legos!!

Abby, I don't understand the question and I won't respond to it.

I was reading one of those in-flight magazines while traveling a couple of weeks ago and saw that this year, Lego people will out-number us humans. How do you feel about that? Additionally, look at this cool photo for the 1/31 post on this blog: http://www.seriouseats.com/
