Last week we ate Kashi almost everyday for breakfast. This diet change produced some um strange feelings. Let's put it this way--we did an experiment (one of us ate Kashi the other one didn't) and we discovered that Kashi must have a lot of the same stuff in it that beans do. You know the fun saying, "beans beans the musical fruit, the more you eat---well you get the idea. Needless to say--we have thrown away the rest of the Kashi.

I must have gone through an entire Costco pack of Beano last week. Not awesome.
Oh man! That's my problem -- I suppose this is an odd thing to confess to the world on a blog, but oh well -- I ate Kashi cereal for the first time yesterday morning and I could not figure out what was wrong with me.
There is no question that it is delicious, but I think that perhaps there should be a warning label on the box. Someone could unknowingly consume the cereal, thinking that they were doing something healthy for themselves, and instead subject themselves to all sorts of embarrassing and socially damaging situations. (Hmmm. I wonder if we could make a case for intentional infliction of emotional distress -- maybe even a class action! Oooh! FRCP 23 license plate, here I come!)
This is 'breaking' news (pun intended).
Honestly this helps add to the growing list of what NOT to take on a scout camp. Thank you for this insight.
KT--are you jealous that Shana and I are internet friends now?
WHAT? Lindy--I keep accusing of Todd stealing all my friends and now I am going to have to get on Shana!
yeah. Probably don't want to eat that while running either.
Kitty, you didn't mention who had to continue eating Kashi (and tooting) for your experiment. I was expecting a detailed compare and contrast description of the differnt experiences of the two subjects and how their lives were affected by either eating Kashi or not eating it. I don't see how we can draw conclusions without this detail. Please tell us more.
