Poor Greg. My mom is wonderful at tidying things up but sometimes she is too wonderful at it. We came home from work to find our closet looking sharper than ever. However, sometimes what is junk to my mom is a treasure to someone else. For example, she threw out Greg's plastic collar tips. For some reason, my wonderful, patient, husband saves ever plastic collar tip and takes them out and then replaces them when he goes to wear the shirt again. I don't get it but as his wonderful patient wife I just accept it. Anyway--my mom threw these tips out. Once she realized that it wasn't junk we went dumpster diving for the collar tips. We retrieved the garbage sack and Greg pulled out his treasures. Here is a picture of Greg looking sad and judgmental all at the same time. Awesome.
On a side note--I'm sad my parents are gone. They were the perfect guests. The kind of guests that you want to have come and visit you again.

Ross, did those collar stays have some sort of sentimental value, because they cost about a nickel to replace? They say one man's trash is another man's treasure. Did you find any other interesting things while you were digging?
First off, I didn't make anybody go and dumpster dive for my collar stays. I just went to put them into my shirt only to realize that about 12 pair were missing. It wasn't my idea to retrieve them - although I'm glad to have them back.
Second off - who actually goes out and buys those things extra? Besides KT wouldn't let me spend the money on fancy unnecessary collar stays. I would have to just live with curling collars.
The only other treasure found was a lovely box I may use for KT's Christmas present.
Ross--no worries. Ryan loves his "collar pokes," and he almost made my sister bring him some new ones home from Nordstrom.
