Cheese Fest

Last weekend was “Cheesy Fun in Wisconsin Fest” (well that and my birthday). What better way to celebrate than to stay in one of the strangest hotels ever? The pictures really do not do it justice. I have one here of the barn-like structure known as the Don Q Inn. There is also a old Boeing plane that you can climb into. Upon entering this interesting building you will find a collection of "antiques" like old barbers’ chairs surrounding the fireplace. They rent basic rooms as well as theme rooms. Here I am next to the "Swinger" room in which the bed is suspended like a hammock. Yikes. Maybe next time we can get the Space room complete with an astronaut on the wall. Check out the link.
