RRR (3-6)

Last weekend we ran the Dixie Red Rock Relay. We've always done the Moab RRR but this year we switched it up - thanks to a new St. George RRR and the fact that we have a *free* place to stay in St. George. Every year before the race I think, "why are we doing this?" and after it is all over I think, "let's sign up again." It's ridiculous. And it's pretty awesome.

Like last year, Henry served as our SAG. And he was a a champ.

He kind of loved watching all of us run. Next year we are going to have him drive the van for us.

Greg has gotten much faster - but in order to run fast he thinks he has to run like Tom Cruise.

I trotted along. My goal for next year is to not just be strong but to be FAST.

I kind of love this picture of me and Courtney. Yes, we have been friends for 20+ years and I'm the better for it.

My first successful photo bomb. I vow to get better at this.
This year our team took 10th place - next year - the world!

  2. I want to do it again. RRR Moab in May? Maybe the upcoming race in Park City?

  3. I'm glad that Henry doesn't feel the need to be burdened by car seats and seat belts. He is free like the wind and loving it! In that first pic Ross looks like he's wearing a do-rag while conducting a drive by shooting. I'm not sure which gang orange represents, but I'm sure it's a tough one.

Great job on the race. Picture me as a crazed Charlie Sheen as I scream "WINNING!" at you next time you run.

PS- that is a first class photo bomb.
