2-5 - chip-off, twister, on my honor

I'm starting to get a little concerned . . . perhaps 13 posts a month was a little ambitious. But wait - why do I think that blog posts have to be a lot more than a quick instagram/facebook status that is perhaps captured for a little bit longer? It doesn't.  Okay - that makes me feel better.

In the meantime just know that these two things are happening - right now:

For the record - all three bags are gross - and giant twister for Honor Week? Let's discuss Honor when it comes to all the students illegally parking in the A lot so I can't even find a parking spot after going to Macy's to snag the gross chips. That is what I want to talk about  - sure draw a chalk circle around me and I won't leave but I'll park illegally all the time. #firstworldproblems

  2. Naomi, honors week is a magical time on BYU campus where we bring to light the importance of hemlines, shaving, and not crossing the chastity line in an apartment - even if it means you have to go wiz in the bushes outside. Also, it is an excuse to hand out t-shirts that nobody needs. What it should be about is how students should not be parking in the A lots. That is the real problem on campus.

  3. Or rather the real problem that Greg and I care about.

  4. What's an apartment chastity line? Is this like the episode of the Brady Bunch when Greg and Marsh both wanted to move into the attic so thy both did and drew a chalk line down the middle, each taking a side?

Also, what's up with shaving and Honor Week? You make Honor Week sound a lot like being Amish.

  5. Ugh. I have a secret. I HATE honor week. (And kind of the honor code in general? Can I say that??)

Okay, It's not a secret. And I don't have any vested interest in campus activities since I graduated from BYU about 7 years ago and don't even live in the Western US. But I can still roll my eyes at it all the way from Missouri. That chalk quote. Ugh.

And yes, let's talk more about A lot parking! (Which I did all the time at BYU... and paid many a ticket for.) Not cool.
