With the month of love over . . . we can all now breathe a sigh of relief. This month I've decided to blog about the weather. Aaahhhh - I got you good. You may have thought that nothing could be more boring than blogging about things we love but blogging about the weather - now that would be boring.
So just some odds and ends to get this month started off right:
1) I love March. It is birthday month extroadinaire - the workhorse's, el pops, shashie, haylee, pook, my cousin Michelle - and about 1,000 other people that I didn't include. Oh yeah, it's also my birthday month. I'll be turning 26. Again. I think it must be due to the Cetaphil.
2) Today in one of my classes I actually had to request that a student put his newspaper away while I was lecturing. There is one word for that kind of student. And I won't say it. But I want to.
3) Greg and I are going on a whirlwind trip to Philadelphia this weekend. I have a conference and since we believe in traveling for free as much as possible - we thought that he should come along. We've never been so we're thinking of hitting up the Rocky statue and then maybe getting some Philly Cheesesteak. Any other suggestions? Oh yeah, and maybe checking out the Constitution and the Liberty Bell too.
4) We started organizing our garage. I think the end of the world must be near.

I am so excited for you to go to Philidelphia. No advice, but sounds so fun. Lauren gets asked to put her book away in class all of the time. Maybe you need to have a talk with her.
Wahoo! I feel famous. This is also kristi's and karl's month.
I don't love march. But it means that February is over and that is a good thing to me.
I think the Constitution is in the national archives in DC. But you should run up the steps to the museum and pretend to be Rocky Balboa, and sing the "Eye of the Tiger".
I love the month of March because it means spring is just around the corner, the blossoms on the trees start appearing and telling us it is a new start and even people stand up taller and seem happier because they can see the sunshine. Happy Birthday to all of us in March, the March Madness Month.
Oh, Philly is a wonderful town. I was recently there myself with a couple of friends trying to bask in my awesomeness.
